Uneventful..on track. Workout at 8 am-bike for 25 mins and some free weights.

Meals:
Breakfast: cereal: 3 pts
Snacks: edamame: 2 pts
Yogurt bar: 3 pts
string cheese: 2 pts
Lunch: 1 wholewheat pita toasted (2) with sauteed veggies (1 pt oil, 2 pt goat cheese)
snack: baby carrots
few croutons (1)
Dinner: sauteed bok choy with tofu(1), garlic, red chillies, sasame oil (1), hoisin and black soy sauce
snack: ww icecream (2)

Total pts: 20 pts

Hey! Are you time travelling or going over the international date line??? It's still the 17th where I'm from ;-) Hehehe. I think my brain farts are catching! Way to go on the 1.6 lb loss. That's fantastic! Keep at it 'cause you are on a roll :)

nice! no news is good news. but I wouldn't call it uneventful, I'd call it awesome cause you worked out, ate well, and lost weight. VERY EVENTFUL in every possible good way!!! But I know what you mean, some days it's like...so automatic and easy that it seems boring!!! But really, that's the most exciting part!
