Now that the heatwaves are over and it seems there are no more job opportunities in sight it is time to finally take steps in the right direction and set myself free of the eating patterns that I developed in college I want stay at one healthy weight instead of going up and down 20 pounds every couple months. I plan to use my old food diary, and a tentative menu during the week to try and get on track, I am a vegetarian which had kept me at a good weight til last semester...too much cheese I am guessing.
