Still in the 160's, even after Thanksgiving. Going to the annual doctor's visit today. She will be happy that I'm down another 7-8 pounds from last years visit. Sure wish I was down 10-15 pounds instead, but it's all good. Beautiful weather today and this weekend, so walking outside is going to happen, yea!

Thanks guys! Everything went well. I was down 10 pounds from last year lol I was happy. Their scale weighs me 5 pounds heavier than my scale at home. I weighed 184 at the office last year, this year 174 (but my scale at home says 169 and I'm sticking by that since it's always what I weighed by :)

That is great Christy! Not sure about you but I weigh naked at home...cannot weigh naked at the doctor office. They do say clothes should factor in about 5#. That is wonderful!

LOL I was picturing a bunch of women striping to get that correct weigh-in! We would do it too, our weight is a serious thing! :P I even weighed with my shoes on too. So totally agree it was probably about 5 pounds. I do the naked (undies only) thing too, at home.
