I am doing very very bad i am in desperate need of help! I lost 22 pounds and i was so proud of myself but i have gained 7 back i am so disappointed in myself because i know i can do better than this. I dont know what happened. I am going to start getting on this site everyday again and i have set myself a goal i need to loose 15 pounds in 1 month. here we go i hope i can pull it off

Definitely don't get discouraged. You did lose 22 pounds! Gaining it back happens sometimes, but hopefully it will just motivate you to stay on track.
