Just noticed...you have lost 43 lbs! That is AWESOME! That is like 172 sticks of butter!!!! And so proud of you and excited for you with the exercise! Way to go, Jill!

Jill, went for a jog yesterday too...just getting started w/ that couch to 5K thing (my mom's stuff came right in the beginning of that) - I was wiped out when I got off the treadmill...but it felt great! It was a good wiped, not a bad wiped! So glad to hear you are feeling good...kiss the kids and go out and play today!

me too...but I think if you look at that schedule on coolrunnings.com - then just pick the week that lines up w/ where you already are...I am starting in week 3...(tomorrow) for the challenge.
