Back on track

Went and worked out this morning for 30 mins on treadmill (mph was still between 3.5 to 4--will need to start elevating this soon). Did a few weights (biceps, shoulders), and even went up to 10 pds for biceps! Plan to go downstairs again in the evening and doing a full upper-body weight-training + my new pilates dvd (it's only 10 mins, so I really have no excuse). It's my spring-break week this week, and am trying to stay home and get a lot of reading and writing done this week--somethign I don't get time to do during regular work days..but it's a little hard to do that from work when I feel like procrastinating. My goal is to clean and organize everything today, so I'd have a clean, uncluttered work-space and a list of short-term goals to accomplish through the week, so I get to those right away instead of dawdling in the fear of the unknown "mountain of work"!
Have re-started cooking, and hence, get to eat well...
After all's said and done, I didn't really experience much damage from my weekend of debauchery :) I can't tell precisely, but looks like the weight's steady, or gained just about a pound--so not bad at all, considering last night I'd eaten pizza!
Got my new digital scale in the mail today--so can't wait to get started with it...

Meals for the day:
Breakfast: skipped (don't ask!)
Lunch: 1 whole wheat pita (2) and sauteed bean curd (2) with veggies (red chilli pepper, garlic, mushroom, bell pepper, yellow pepper, basil),crumbled feta cheese light sprinkling (1), oil 2 tsp (2), soy sauce/corn starch mix + 1 cup lentil soup (2)

Segment 2: Afternoon to midnight update
Ok, tried to catch up on spring cleaning, and 1 room alone took 5 hours!! And I still have so much to do. For some reason, decided to throw caution to the winds, and go and get Chinese food for dinner (yeah, that was wrong on many levels as a) I didn't cook and eat healthy, b) I skipped my evening workout, c) I didnt complete all cleaning as took the l-o-n-g depraved dinner break, and d)I'll gain all sorts of weight due to this one crime!!)

Remaining meals for today:
snack: reduced fat peanut butter and celery (4)
dinner: kung pao tofu, veggies, and peanuts (15-20)+ rice 1 cup (5)
Total points: 38??

Great dedication to the workouts there! It sounds like the weekend of debauchery was only a mere dalliance if there wasn't any major damage created! And, as is so often the case, a small weight gain after a splurge usually disappears in a day or two because it is just water retention. I hope you have a relaxing spring break!
