Today I really felt the payoff from all the hard work I've been putting into my dieting and exercising. My time to run the 5k just keeps getting better and better - I ran it today in just under 35 minutes. Also, tonight I went shopping to find that I've gone down 2 pant sizes. I used to be a size 13 and I was actually thrilled for once in the longest time to look at myself in the mirror and feel good about trying clothes on. It's been over 5 years since I've been able to fit into a size 9! To me, that's a huge accomplishment.

Those are wonderful accomplishments. There's nothing quite like trying on clothes for your smaller body. Everything looks better by default :) Moving to AZ in August, huh? You're going to regret that mighty fast, lol. Get ready for the 115 degree temps, there's nothing else like it!

Thanks! Yep, I can't wait to move. Luckily I'm born and raised in south Florida so I've acquired a high tolerance for unbearably hot and humid weather ;) Although, like you said, I've heard that there's nothing like Arizona's heat. I guess I'll see in August haha.

It's hotter but no humidity. Which is nicer in some ways but also harsher. You won't have any trouble getting your daily water here because you will always be thirsty :) bring some sunscreen and moisturizer and you'll be fine. When it isn't summer, it is beautiful here.
