So I started doing the abs diet! I basically started it Wednesday and I've lost 4 lbs in one week! I am super stoked! This baby weight will be off before I know it... I have been eating 5-6 times a day, healthy foods and I'm feeling full all day long. I did the abs diet before and lost about 20 lbs... Since becoming pregnant, I obviously gained some back. But I am back on the band wagon... 135 here I come!! :)
