Out and about today. Going to really limit intake and watch WHAT I eat. My roommate is an older man. Very beautiful person and very generous with the food. He's always cooking enough for me. Actually he cook's a lot! I don't feel right saying "I'm not going to eat that". Chicken Cacciatore, Chicken Chili, (of course I'll add a Turkey sausage and plenty of hot sauce and crackers) He's was cooking Beef Mongolian with Brown Rice. I guess it's me. I seem to scarf at night. No portion control. And, yup, I feel like crap. Oh well. Progress is slow. Step's forward and back. Peace y'all.✌
