Did another 14 hr fast .... my am blood sugar 106 this am 🤔 and yes I did it 3 servings of macadamia nuts yesterday reading a good book ..other than mr atkins it's called .. what the heck should I eat .. by dr Mark Hyman he inspired my low carb diet also when I started all of this dieting stuff
