I haven’t really changed the amount of physical exercise that I’ve done. I cut out junk food and sweets and, with using this app, counting calories to stay within the weight loss range. Although I am not seeking a large weight change as others, I find breaking up my goal into smaller parts helps me feel the progress, even if it is not too visible. I do not have any health conditions that prevent my weight loss or make it difficult to lose weight, so my progress, like others, should not be compared to your own. Enjoy the journey and don’t feel forced to do anything extreme.
