well today i lost all my information that i been keeping n my phone. my phone got upgraded and now its gone. i have to start new. making sure i eat 1800 good calories. so i dont know if i should right everything down. we will c. i lost that four pounds i gained when i was eating sweets everyday. so i will continue to eat healthy @ 1800 calories.
