I've been slowely getting back into exercise after the mandatory 6 weeks post op. Started slow cycling and rowing including light weights with bodyweight only with legs. Havent done any running as yet. Thats going to be the hardest struggle.
I have gained about 1.7 kg since going for the operation and an increase of 2 % body fat.
Weeks exercise:
4 x 20 min cycle
2 x 30 min Rowing
2 x 45 min weights
Feeling well motivated after the lengthly layoff.
