Well, so much for the no eating any food fast.... My Dr. says no way.. with the meds I have to take for pain daily I have to eat something to keep my stomach from getting ulcers. Bah....

Hi John, going ok.. Not loosing much, but not gaining either... Eating once a day and trying to keep it small amounts, but I guess not small enough as the weight is not dropping like I'd like to see.. Can not exercise because of my bone diseases etc.. So doing things to loose is difficult.. But, anyway Thanks for asking... How you doing...
