I woke up feeling low today. I went out for dinner last night and didn't stick to the keto plan so much (I had some chips) so that is maybe why. I weighed in and I'm down 0.8 kg so that's great. Just feeling a little low so I'm going to do some self-care and drink lots of water and get some exercise in to get my happy hormones pumping.
