Maybe i need to up my calorie count? Bought me a pair of Shape Ups. Oh my goodness my legs were on fire! so i guess that means that they are working. wooohooo

Whenever you start a new exercise plan you may see a temporary gain on the scale (muscles get little tears and become sore, they retain water to help them heal which can show up on the scale as a gain or no loss). Once your muscles get used to the exercise it will go away and should kick up your weight loss.
