Thanks for the kind words minitata-- I'm nowhere near maintenance though. Back in October of last year 199 seemed like a good first goal. I imagine I still have well over 40 pounds to lose before I feel like I'm maintaining.
I hope you are enjoying your journey right NOW. If there is one thing this experience has taught me, it's that THAT has got to be the focus. Good self care and peace with the present. Everything else just follows naturally. 😊

Yes, I'm a great believer in living each day as it comes - can't see the point of waiting until tomorrow to enjoy myself when tomorrow isn't guaranteed.
