Good morning. I am praying that I get this thyroid thing under control. This up and down weight is driving me crazy. I am happy that I am starting to feel better, I have been exercising in the morning and I am eating 3 meals aday along with 2 snacks. The problem partly due to me not being a big eater, so I miss meals and with this hypothyroidism I don't need to do that. Thanks for all the support.
