At a steak and lobster tail with asparagus.... No temptation for desert or bread over at Flemings. So had LOTS of green yesterday besides the steak. with 1600 calories taken in, I maintained weight from the day before. Not planning on doing this often. As for BMW, I am no longer constipated... Seems adding the cream of tartar to my morning ACV drink helps balance between salt and potassium.
