I joined Weight Watchers yesterday, and I think this program will help me make good food choices knowing how many points I am allowed. I tried the Keto diet but was not successful, so I thought I would join Weight Watchers. If anyone else out there is in a similar position, or has had success on Weight Watchers I would love to hear from you.
