Wow, I can't believe the emotional eating I did in the past couple of days.... It's so hard dealing with elderly parents who never set anything up and now trying to get things figured out. What's harder yet is knowing that you only have a few years at best left with them. I can't imagine life without my parents but also seeing my father slowly die from Alzhiemers is extremely sad. My Dad is already gone, this new is lovable too, but sometimes I really miss my dad, it as if he has died already. If that makes any sense, so between the PMS and the dealing with finding out what to do to put him in a home, I way over ate yesterday. So frustrating, why does food bring me so much comfort?
