Too many exceptions and distractions: summer visitors, vacations, birthdays, anniversaries. I need to get started on "the letter of the law," but the will to 'stick to it' is constantly overcome by the lure of camaraderie.
So ... back at it. I've come too far to give up. Besides, I have gotten rid of all my old clothes. My new ones keep reminding me I have to get smaller, not bigger.
