I did take a 3 day break from my diet over the holidays. I was actually looking forward to getting back in my eating groove. :)
I suspect that now that I only have 50 plus pounds to lose, that it may take longer to see the numbers go down. Although, it's not uncommon for me to go 2 months without a loss.
Keep plugging away and whittle off those pounds!!
