Huge break through for me! My carbs were in the mid 20's yesterday. I also am almost 36 inches in my hips! I won't get too excited... the way it's been going I could be back up tomorrow. Up a few hours in the middle of the night... The hours I did sleep were good. I can't hardly lift my left arm 😡 I might have to give in to traction.
