My weight came up 3 different weights. My ketones were 1.1 this afternoon... not bad after drinking some sangria Sat. & Sun. I'm so horribly exhausted today. Having everyone over yesterday completely did me in. I have to go get my blood work done!! I did walk for an hour this morning.
