Thanks Doobrie. Mine wasn't shifting either for the last few weeks and Easter was a disaster. Hopefully back on track again. Well up until my holiday and i am sure you will lose soon.

IF you happen to be enjoying the food and lifestyle choices you make, and manage to lose a teeny bit here and there (or more, or less) then you've got it sorted. And it seems that you have it sorted :)

Thanks ARB, John and Heidi. Yes thanks ST, Mishka is doing well another vet check this evening and arrange another xray to see how it's healing. She can even manage up to 30 minute walks now as it is week 4 post op. I have just started back swimming after the Easter break as i have been a bit lazy. So things are looking up at the moment. How are you doing with the gym ST?

First visit tonight Bowd. It has become so self-service now and one has to have an induction online but their site is so badly set-up that it's almost impossible (it has taken me two and a half weeks to get into the gym because of it)! They won't give advice - you have to choose your own plan online; if you ask any question they say that it comes under personal training and you have to pay for that. I hate that it is run by millennials who have no understanding of their fellow man having been brought up on screens and third party 'friendships' (online). Sorry, rant over! I am looking forward to getting back into it Bowd, honestly . . !!

Ooh,,, sounds a bit complicated for even me! I was more or less given instructions from induction when i used to go to the gym, which is how i like it. I am sure once you have been and know what you are doing you will enjoy it. I went swimming at 08.00 this morning and there was an aqua aerobics class on at 09.00, so i watched for a few minutes. They looked like they were having fun, so might book in for next Tuesday.

Love that you sat and watched, exactly what I would do! I'm not a joiner, I prefer to go my own way but it does look fun. Once I have been to the gym for a few weeks I may think about getting into a bikini and swimming but until then staying to dry land!
