How do normal people NOT think about food 24/7?! Lately I have wanted to eat anything and everything, not necessarily from hunger, just from stress, I guess. I have fought it, but food has been on my mind constantly, ugh.
I'm excited to have lost 4.5 pounds this last week, especially since I didn't think I'd lost any, or at least not much. It's easy to stay motivated when I'm losing, especially that much in one week!

Oh I know what you mean. I constantly think about food. If I'm sitting down and I'm bored I just want to snack away!

Thanks, Jangy! I just wish I could trade the portion of my brain that is constantly focused on food with someone who doesn't think about food and only eats to live, not lives to eat, LOL!
