Oh man! Have been trying to pay attention of what I'm eating, and gained 2 pounds! Guess I have too much carbs/fat in my diet. Also, I don't think I'm eating enough...it's very hard for me to do the 1800 calories (I usually hover a little over 1000). Being a vegetarian for years, I've always struggled with protein. Now that I'm eating meat again, I still cut it short. Time for more beans in my diet!
Also, I came down with the flu, and the last thing I'm thinking about is eating. Just water...lots of it. :(
