Good morning, buddies, and happy Monday (well as much as possible, even though week-end for me is a lot of house work, groceries, laundry, cooking...)--sounds familiar? :-) Yey! 3 down this week. Eating very carefully. Sleeping well. I am experimenting with Erythrol, as the Paleo people say it is not upsetting your stomach. It does, mine,...so back to Saccharin. Not more than 3 a day (trying). What other good (sweet and little carbs)sweetener are you guys using, which is not upsetting stomach? Maybe I should go back to Splenda... Have a great day!
