I'm ery, very, very frustrated. I've spent a whole week sticking with 1100 calories (under the advice of a registered practicing dietitian) and exercised most of those days for an hour and got down to 59.2 Friday... yippee!
This morning Im at 59.6kg.
I'm not going to spit the dummy and have a chocolate though. I think my body will reflect it, maybe tomorrow. I know going to the toilet and/or having had something salty will mean I'm likely to be retaining water.
But how frustrating, having been so good to NOT see it reflected in the scales. No wonder people go on a chocolate binge.
