I erased the app and stopped doing exercise to buckle down on my school work. Since I got my diploma (dental assistant woop woop) I now have time to really focus on working out and eating right. No more late night snacks and study crams lol. During my off time I was able to also study my body, my old weight and muncle tone. I realized that 150 is not a good weight for me to be at, especially since I am wanting to gain muscle again. So my new weight is 165, but I am going to get there in little goals, at my own pace.
