And Happy Hump Day to my FS family!!! It's a great day. The gym is the best medicine for a cold/infection ever. I started to feel sick on Sunday, and now after hitting the gym hard a couple of days, I feel fantastic. Maybe a small remnant of the bug, but for the most part I feel awesome. I am even recording loss. It's nice to see the scale moving back down. Makes me feel good. 5 more pounds to go to get back to where I was before life happened. Well, I hope everyone has a great day. Time to get to work.

Way to Go! Admire you working out being sick. I just couldn't bring myself to do it thinking it might make matters worse. Now next time, hopefully there won't be one, I know to exercise.
