Day Number 19. Only two more days of forming a new habit of better eating. Been doing really well. I am down to 161 lbs with only 1 1/2lb left to meet my first goal. Today, I just want to snack on some food and having lots of cravings. I keep popping a piece of gum in my mouth. Yet, I am not really hungry. Maybe I need some water. I will give that a try. I am not going to go over my points, doing to well. Okay, just sweet talking myself, trying to motivate myself to keep going and not to blow it. Well, hope you all doing well this weekend and enjoying the day.
