i was really motivated yesterday and did a really big workout (for me) and burn over 2500 calories throughout the day. my scale can be notoriously finicky and when I first weighed myself it said 161.0 but j felt like after burning 1000 calories more then I took in, the least my body could do was take off a bit more, so I remeasured, for better or worse. in the end the numbers are arbitrary.
with some help from my friends I've jumped back in and have been doing better than ever. i still crave pizza etc, but currently I've been resisting. including my yoga class, I've been working out every day which leaves me workout out 6 times a week which is unheard of for a lazy bum like me. I'm pretty excited. i have a lot of things going for me for this senior year so I'm really in a good place.
