Well, so much for "on it" yesterday! Me and beer!!! "Wanna have a beer after work? 3 beers and 1 shot later....then I go home and eat like CRAP!!! didn't affect my weight this morning...but I'm mad at myself ONCE again. oh wait, this ISN'T Alcoholics Anonymous, is it???!!!
Today is a new day...and I'm not giving up!!
