I think I am going to cry. This is the most I have gained in one week since I have started! There went being under 200 lbs for the new year. There is no way I can lose 6 pounds again in one week.
I'm not going to give up... I WILL walk everyday and I will stick to my diet plan. This is a big goal to me and it means more to me than some sweets for christmas.
