somehow over the weekend i've lost 5 lbs! hoorah! it's strange because i didn't do anything different from the last few weeks (when my weight was staying exactly the same) and then now a 5 lb drop. i'm sticking to my guns with my new diet though and opting for healthier choices and lots & lots of water. i'm getting the mirena iuc in a couple of weeks & i'm so nervous about how it will affect my weight. there are many women who claim to have gained with the iuc including one of my close friends. i'm going to try it out & see how it goes.
