Only a pound down this week....I took my lowest weight...the scale was all over the place. I was 241 one day and 244 a couple of days later. I know it is water weight because I've been sticking (for the most part) to my macros. My activity level was also down...it's just too hot to do anything. Hopefully next week will lead to some movement in the right direction!

I hear ya on the heat! I'm thinking I may go to a nice air conditioned mall tomorrow, and window shop/walk for a couple of hours (carefully avoiding the food courts!) tomorrow. If it weren't for my neighbors letting me use their pool, the only activity I'd have is the walking I do at work.
