I'm actually surprised and pleased that I didn't gain weight over the weekend. I went completely off diet, that's why I'm surprised!
Going to try and get back on track this week. Really shooting for sub-220 by the weekend!

I agree - but then it is easy to keep going off-diet, and hard to get back on track - already cheated today..
