Guess my body is starting to stabilize or has stabilized. Still eating low carbs and no sugar. I'm very happy to be doing this as I believe I probably have around 5 or maybe a tad more excess skin if it was taken off so that would put me about 130 or so and any less then that and I WOULD look sick. Lol I'm going to take this weight and try to hold it here with a 5 lb leeway in either direction now. Sometimes that's the hardest part, maintaining but reckon its time I learned!! God bless all of you FS folks, you are the BEST!!!! Going to try again (if I can remember) to post another picture as I THINK I'm a bit smaller now.....well after I get one of my kids to take another picture, lol
