I think I've hit that plateau people talk about. I'm marking down 223.5, but I also saw 224 on the scale. On the 17 day diet I'm supposed to start the next phase, with alternating days of lean and less lean meals, but with Thanksgiving Thursday (and again on Sunday for me) I decided I'd just wait until Monday to start that phase.
If I can stay below 225 through Sunday, I'll be OK with that.
