Well, my appetite is still large. I just can't seem to hold back on portion size. I am an emotional eater so anything emotional happens and I put large amounts of food in my mouth. It's also getting too hot to exercise/walk outside now here in Florida but I'm going back to Mass soon (not really going back to a good situation) so I think these things are contributing to my emotional eating. I have to deal with a situation that I have been avoiding for many years (file for separation). See what happens ! Wish for the best is all I can do. I am in control of my actions, my thoughts so I'm going to deal with it as best as I can without gaining the weight back that I just lost.
