Not sure what the weight issue is. I am below in calories each day by 300+/-. I will admit my weekends are not tracked due to parties and eating out and consuming items that are hard to track. I'm off the alcohol. This is day 3 so after a week I will find out just what I have achieved. Beer was about 400 extra calories a day and even wine weighs in at 250 or more for 2 glasses.
