No change in weight today. I'm looking on Amazon today to get some fitness DVDs... ready to make a positive change!
For my "whatever it takes" I'm going to strictly drink water for these 7 days, aside from coffee and my glass of milk at breakfast. I'm also going to take the stairs instead of the elevator at work. If the DVDs I'm ordering today come in time I'll be adding them to the mix as well. My mom got me a cute workout outfit for Xmas to motivate me.
I really wish this bitter cold weather would leave my zipcode! Brrr. It's hard enough getting up in the morning as it is. :)

Freezing cold and snowy here too. I hate this weather. I read the comment on my journal and I really think you will love the dvd's and get great results from doing them. You should be able to find them on amazon pretty reasonable however you will need resistance bands to do them. Good luck finding them and let me know if you order them. You won't be sorry.

I'm the pale one in the middle! :) That was the dress I was struggling to fit into for my brother's wedding in August. I will update that soon w/ a more recent pic.
