Plateaus suck! Try to change your routine up a bit. Exercise a little longer, don't eat after 7 etc.. that got me through mine!

Thank u I think those are great ideas I will be walking to pick up my daughter from school today too which will be another 40 min walk. ill have to try really hard not to eat after 7 since night time is when I really seem to get the urge to binge eat but im sure it will help with getting back on track thanks for the advice :) I found it very helpful
