I'm happy with a 1 pound lose, I know it doesn't sound like much to those of you who 2-3 pounds at a weigh in but I'm pleased. Even a small loss is a reward and makes us want to continue.
Hope to get treadmill time in today my back is feeling some better. I plan to make soup after while but plan to wear my better flip flops since I'll be standing on tile (I learned my lesson). The less cushioned ones are usually ok but not for standing in the kitchen it goes to show you that you get what you pay for.
I'm looking forward to a successful week, I know I can do this and I plan to do this because I want this. We have a trip planned the end of May and I want my tight jeans to fit better.
I've really been thinking maybe a way in the future goal I would like to fit in my wedding dress I wore it 29 years ago in October so we will see. It's at least nice to think about but I'm not sure I want to be that thin again.
