Can't "weight" (pardon the pun) to drop down into the 130's. Looking forward to releasing these last 10 lbs. forever.
My left foot is starting to heal more (from fracture) and I hope to be able to be more active soon. I am detoxed to the wazoo and have been eating a very healthy diet. All of my efforts are paying off and it's exciting. I love what I see in the mirror.
All ready for about a foot of snow to hit tomorrow. I am looking forward to cozying (not a real word; but it should be) up to the fire with a good book. Life is good.
