Lol! I've been so out of the scene, but I'm back to my lowest weight, as last recorded in September I think!!! It's been a busy and stressful time and really I have no excuses, but I have found it harder to do 5:2 in summer and with added stress. In winter I had a down pat with a gorgeous green vegetable soup for my 500 cal days. Anyway, I'm doing a bit of a detox, just lowering my intake and eating 'cleaner' for the next week until I go on holiday.
