Another pound lost. I know you are not suppose to weigh every day but I have had a habit of doing that for a year. I have found it works best for me to stay on top of my weight. it doesn't bother me if I go up a pound of two. But it helps keep me from fluctuating too much. I can catch it and watch my eating and make changes as needed. Today was better. I actually put regular clothes on instead of a house dress. Granted, my house dresses are long, pretty and comfortable, even sexy but sometimes a pair of shorts and t-shirt make you feel more awake. ha ha
