it's been a while! welcome back, me!

soooo. had 2 weeks of.worktrip with eating out aaaaaaaalllllll the time plus english brekkie every morning. then the last 5 weeks could not really diet for family reasons. so I decided to take a break from watching my calorie intake. I only followed two rules: take the lower calorie option if you have a reasonable one and don't buy sweets. the latter didn't fully work out, but was on an OK level. besides one cheeky check I also decided to not step on the balance. the idea was to see how my weight would react and if I am able to eat 'normally' without gaining wait again. and guess what, I even lost a little :)
I'm back now since 2 days calorie counting. there are again work trips coming, but u expect that I can seriously loose some kilos again the next 3 months after I basically didn't move much the past 3 for all the different reasons.
